L’inglese per professionisti: la mia passione per l’insegnamento è alla base di questo progetto realizzato dopo anni di studio e dedizione al settore specialistico. Grazie alle competenze di settore acquisite negli anni e all’esperienza di linguista esperto del settore legale, mi dedico anche alla formazione in ambito di inglese giuridico.
Il corso “Introduction to Legal English” mira alla comprensione di testi legali in lingua inglese che consentono agli studenti di familiarizzare con la terminologia specifica. È finalizzato ad integrare la conoscenza di base della lingua inglese con terminologia giuridica. Si rivolge a professionisti in ambiente giuridico-commerciale che hanno necessità di gestire, in lingua inglese, documentazione e situazioni specifiche utilizzando il linguaggio di settore, quindi ad avvocati, professionisti legali, laureati in legge e studenti di giurisprudenza o a chiunque abbia un livello medio di conoscenza della lingua inglese e ritenga utile per la sua attività o formazione professionale approfondire tale disciplina specialistica.
Il corso ha come scopo l’acquisizione di competenze linguistiche volte alla comprensione di testi di carattere legale di lingua inglese che permettano ai partecipanti di familiarizzare con la terminologia di settore. Lo studio di termini specialistici ad hoc, attraverso un riferimento concreto all’inglese del settore legale utilizzato nelle aziende e negli studi professionali è parte del corso.

English for professionals: my passion for teaching is is the linchpin of this project carried out after years of studying and dedication to the sector. Thanks to the sector skills gained over the years and the experience as a linguistic expert of the legal field, I also dedicate myself to the training on legal English.
The aim of the course “Introduction to Legal English” is to understand English legal texts, which allow students to become familiar with the specific terminology. It aims at completing the knowledge of the English language with the legal terminology. It is intended for professionals in the legal-commercial environment who need to manage, in English, documentation and specific situations using the language of the sector, therefore lawyers, legal professionals, law graduates, and law students or anyone who has an average level of English and considers this course useful for the career or needs specialized professional training to deepen this field.
The course has as its primary objective the acquisition of new linguistic competencies aimed at the comprehension of English legal texts which allow students to become familiar with the specific terminology. Part of the course is the study of specialized terms by reference to the English of the legal sector used in companies and professional firms.
